I already own several of these radios and they are still the best for me in terms of sound and ease of use. Had one from Technisat in the meantime, but I don't think they come close to Tivoli.

I had the previous model for close to 10 years. Bought some replacements parts for it just due to usage over the years (battery/antenna). It?s working well. Bought this new model, still a great product at a good price.

I was looking for a radio for the kitchen, which should match the taste of the recipient. It should be flexible and also be able to be operated without a cable. The radio is certainly not the cheapest, but it was exactly the right gift for me. The sound alone is not particularly bass-heavy and therefore only 4 instead of 5 stars.
