The furniture grade wood cabinet, both beautiful and the ideal for proper acoustic replication. This is signature to Tivoli Audio sound. The analog controls and balanced layout of the front panel offers a simplistic user experience. Available in various finishes.

Natural replication of sound. This single mono speaker delivers the true art form of analog audio. A heavy-magnet long-throw driver is mated to a frequency contouring circuit that automatically adjusts output over half-octave increments, resulting in musically accurate tonal balance and bass response.

Simple hands-on controls deliver exactly what you want. One knob for power and source, one knob for volume, and one 5:1 ratio tuning dial to help you bring in even the weakest stations.

Sifflements/bruits, dérive d'une station, interférences :

If you are experiencing a hissing or humming noise, your radio drifts off of a station while listening, or you are hearing a lot of interference, try exercising the tuning dial. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Turn the radio ON to the FM position.
2. Turn the volume down
3. Slowly turn the tuning dial from one end of the frequency range to the other (from 88.0 to 108.0 FM frequencies) and back again, making sure you sweep all the stations in between. Repeat the process for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Tune in a station and see if it is working better

Excessive Bass :

Si vous ressentez trop de basses, essayez de repositionner la radio plus loin des murs ou des coins. Vous pouvez également essayer de placer une petite quantité de matériau absorbant le son, comme du papier de soie ou des boules de coton, dans le port des basses situé dans le bas de l'appareil.

Mauvaise réception AM : 

If you are experiencing poor reception, you can purchase our AM External Antenna or a TERK AM Advantage Antenna.

You can also try changing the position of your radio or moving it to a different room to see if the reception improves.

De la graisse (substance claire) s'échappe du cadran d'accord :

Cette graisse liquide aide le tuner à se déplacer de manière fluide lors des changements de stations. Il est normal que de la graisse sorte périodiquement du tuner. Cela arrive généralement aux radios plus anciennes. Sachez que cela n'est pas dangereux pour la santé et que cela ne causera aucun dommage à la radio.

Port de connexion libre pour le cordon d'alimentation :

Si votre connexion au cordon d'alimentation est devenue lâche, vous pouvez également acheter le bloc d'alimentation 1500 MA et l'utiliser dans le port 12VDC.

Bluetooth ne se connecte pas :

If you are seeing your Model One BT appear on your Bluetooth list but are having trouble connecting, try forgetting your Model One BT in the Bluetooth menu of your device and then re-pairing them. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance*.

*Confirm that your smart device is running the latest firmware version

J'essaie de monter le volume de mon appareil et il est au maximum. Comment puis-je augmenter le volume du son alors qu'il semble faible ?

Le volume de l'audio par Bluetooth est contrôlé par la sortie de l'appareil ainsi que par la sortie du haut-parleur. Nous vous recommandons de placer votre appareil Bluetooth à 80 % de sa puissance et de régler le bouton de volume de la radio pour atteindre le volume global que vous préférez.

    All in one solution we needed

    For our summer residence we needed a compact audio solution with both radio and bluetooth receiver. The Model One bt gives us what we needed in great style. It helps that it uses mains power, so we don’t bother with charging its battery. The delivery in Europe (France) and packaging have been satisfactory. I would order again when needed. Thank you!
